Facebook今天对Access Your Information工具进行了更新，目的是让这款工具更容易使用和浏览，同时也更好解释数据的使用方式和原因。新版工具在用户界面上也有重大升级，在原有两个类别基础上进一步升级，将可查看的信息划分为八个类别。
Facebook today updated the access your information tool to make it easier to use and browse, and to better explain how and why data is used. The new version of the tool also has a major upgrade in the user interface, further upgrading on the basis of the original two categories, dividing the viewable information into eight categories.
该工具在2018年剑桥分析丑闻事件后推出，让用户能够直接看到自己的评论或分享的页面链接，并且快速进行删除。用户可以更方便的下载自己的各项数据，比如联系人和照片等，将其转移到其它服务上。
今天增加的一个功能是为用户提供一种安全的管理Facebook帖子、回复、评论和其他搜索过的东西的方法。这个想法是，你可以使用这个工具获取你的信息，然后“从你的时间线或个人信息中删除你不想要的任何东西”。
之前该工具仅提供Your Information和Information About You两大类，而在更新之后细分为八大类：

●好友和粉丝
●个人资料
●个人信息
●登录信息
●广告信息
●Facebook之外的应用程序和网站
●安全和登录信息
在这八个类别中的每一个类别中，信息被进一步细分为子类别。这使得你更容易缩小钻研范围，只需查看和可能删除的数据。此外，该工具在更新后还引入了搜索功能。你可以通过搜索来找到数据类别--比如输入"位置"就可以调出你的位置历史信息。
